ABC Salvation

Thanks for visiting with Providence Saint John Baptist Church today. You’ve come to the portion of our website that we have dedicated to individuals who are considering or have decided to give their life over to Christ today.

If this person is you, simply follow the steps that we have outlined below and begin your journey with Jesus Christ today!

Step 1 - Read over the Romans Road to Salvation to get a clear understanding of what it means to be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ.

Step 2 – Read over the ABC's of Salvation below to find out what is required of you to receive eternal life in Jesus Christ.

Accept Jesus  –  All have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD. (Romans 3:23)

Believe in your heart  –  GOD displayed his unconditional love by giving his only son Jesus to die for our sins. (Romans 10:9)
Confess  –  With your mouth and believe in your hearts the Lord Jesus and you shall be saved. (Romans 5:8)

Step 3 – Answer the following question.
Do you sincerely believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of all humanity so that we may have eternal life?

Step 4 – Repeat the following prayer out loud.
"Lord Jesus, I need you. I have sinned against You. Forgive me of my sins. I receive You now as my Savior and Lord. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. Thank You for giving me the gift of eternal life. Amen."
